Gorgeous and very airy townhouse with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, big terrace and views of the sea and the mountains, in the popular resort Casablanca just below Benalmadena Pueblo. Only minutes from the coast and the lovely beaches of Benalmadena Costa.
The house is very tastefully furnished with several great entertainment spaces surrounding the extensive corner plot. There is a comfortable seating area on the terrace immediately accessed from the living room, perfect for morning coffee or a drink in the sunset. There is a large outdoor dining table to the side of the living room on a decked area. Around the corner of the house there is an impressive open space with a state of the art BBQ, a second outdoor dining table, sunloungers and a shady pergola. This is the perfect spot to entertain and dine al fresco.
Inside the property there is a large bright living room with comfortable sofas and another large family dining table. Double patio doors lead to the terrace and has magnificent views of the sea and coastline. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. There is also a large utilty area next to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the decked area at the front of the property, a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower with a tiled seating area inside the cubicle.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The urbanisation boasts a fantastic pool area just a 5 mintue walk from the house, set in beautifully maintained gardens and with impressive sea views.
The house is situated a 20 minutes walk (1,3 km) from the Torremuelle train station from where you can take the train to the airport, Malaga city centre and Fuengirola every 20 minutes.
The surrounding area has plenty of country walks and spaces to explore with a beautiful green park within walking distance and a tennis/padel court within a short drive or a 20 minutes walk. The charming white washed village Benalmadena Pueblo is about 1 km away and offers many good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and coffee shops. The beaches of Torremuelle are an approximate 5 minute drive away. With this in mind. a car is recommended, however it is not essential.
