Fantastic 2 bed/2 bath beachfront apartment in Carvajal, Fuengirola, with amazing sea views from it's private terrace and newly refurbished rooftop pool, open from April 2025. The beach literally a stone's throw away.
This apartment is the absolute ideal apartment for a beach holiday in summer time as it offers the best location, where you are only metres away from the golden sandy beaches of Fuengirola. However, in Fuengirola you can enjoy life on the beach during the whole year, both sunbathing and walking or biking along the 7 km long beach promenade.
There is a spacious lounge with a big comfortable sofa, an armchair, a TV and a nice dining table for 6 people. From the living room you have access to the private terrace that overlooks the golden sandy beaches and the sea. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and utensils that you need if you want to cook at home. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and both with 2 individual beds that can be pushed together if you prefer. There is 1 ensuite shower room plus 1 family bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, UK Satellite TV and fibre optic Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The community offers ample secure parking if you have a car, though you certainly don't need one here, as the apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from Torreblanca or Carvajal train stations with trains that run efficiently, comfortably and affordably between Fuengirola town centre, Malaga Airport and Malaga city if you want to visit during the day.
The beaches are highly rated in this area and this spot also features a chiringuito beach bar across the street as well as a small children's play area on the sand. This area is a bit more quiet than the center of Fuengirola, but you are still on walking distance from all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and supermarket.

Apartment was fine for our stay but some things need to be improved.....I'll list pros first beds comfortable...showers great...plenty towels...kitchen well supplied....cons were one of single beds no quilt just 2 light throws whsee more
Apartment was fine for our stay but some things need to be improved.....I'll list pros first beds comfortable...showers great...plenty towels...kitchen well supplied....cons were one of single beds no quilt just 2 light throws which were clean but had dark marks on them...if weather had been colder bedding would not have been enough better quilts for all beds....fridge was faulty....I did say it was keeping food cool and we were not inconvenienced by it but sure it will be sorted before next guests arrived...1 balcony lounger needs to be replaced badly broken but we did not notice till we were setting up nearly cut thru my daughters hand...other chairs pretty rusty...the table/plastic chairs on balcony for dining are fine but all balcony furniture needs new covers as they paper thin and very uncomfortable to sit on for long ...I was there for 3 weeks will return if my cons are addressed...

The only drawbacks are, the beds are quite uncomfortable, old , dated and really need upgrading to wider with better mattress. And the internet connection was very difficult to access.

I enjoyed my stay at this location, lovely views of the beach and sunrise every morning.
The apartment was clean when I arrived. Roz at Sol rentals was very helpful when text her. The apartment is close to the torreblanca (16 min walk)or carvajal trasee more

We know Carvajal well and the location of the apartment.
Our requirements were a comfortable bed, two good bathrooms, a comfortable sitting room and an adequate kitchen. The apartment ticked all those boxes.

Two bedroom apartment with terrace on the 5th floor, situated in a residental part of the popular area of Los Boliches, Fuengirola. Walking distance to everything you need! This apartment is the perfect fit if you are looking for a quiet residential and typical Spanish neighborhood but with plenty to do within close reach.
The apartment comprises of living room with 2 sofas, TV and dining table to seat 4, with access to the terrace. Separate fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the property. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with bath/shower fitting. The cosy terrace is accessed from the living room and offer open views over the city of Fuengirola.
The apartment is equipped with full air conditioning which can also be set to heat during the winter months, fibre optic Wi-Fi and full international TV package. We provide all bed linen and towels.
The property is located in a residential area and is an 8-10 minute walk down to the wide sandy beach area. The main central shopping area of Los Boliches is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The local train station is a 5 minute walk where you can catch the train every 20 minutes to Fuengirola, the airport and Malaga city. Los Boliches has a thriving bustling feel to it and is very popular with many nationalities both living here and visiting as tourists during the whole year. The local market is an approximate 10 minute walk from the apartment. But you also have a big supermarket, restaurants and cafés in the immediate area.

Lovely frontline beach apartment with 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace and livingroom. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with a lift in the building.
The lounge is modern and well furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV and a dining table. There is a separate and fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessities if you wish to cook and eat home, including a washing machine and dishwasher. From the lounge you reach the marvellous terrace with panoramic views of Fuengirola's beautiful coastline. It is enclosed by glass curtains which gives this apartment a feeling of peace and quiet and you can still enjoy the terrace even if it´s windy or a bit chilly in the winter. During the summer months the glass curtains can be fully opened to make the most of the sunshine on the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a doube bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning, fast fibre optic Wi-Fi and TV in many languages. We provide iron, hair dryer, all bed linen and towels. Gated community parking with enough spaces for everyone.
The apartment is located on the promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola. The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples. Nearby you will find chiringuitos, cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, taxis, bus stop and the Torreblanca train station is only a short walk away with direct trains to the airport and Malaga city.
