The property is set within a well-maintained gated community featuring a recently fully renovated swimming pool, now upgraded to a modern, high-quality standard — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Inside, the apartment offers a bright lounge with sofa-bed and TV, and a stylish open-plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. The spacious balcony provides beautiful sea views and is ideal for al fresco dining.
The bedroom features a king-size (150 cm) memory foam mattress and fitted wardrobes. The large bathroom includes a rain shower, washing machine, and dryer.
Additional features include air conditioning throughout, fibre optic Wi-Fi, and international TV channels. Bed linen and towels are provided, and our nearby office is always available to assist during your stay.
The complex offers lift and ramp access and is conveniently located close to all amenities. Torreblanca train station is just a short walk away, with direct connections to the airport and Málaga city centre — no car needed.
Low-season monthly rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or more (November to March). Please enquire for long-stay offers.
Pets up to 10 kg are welcome for an additional fee of €25 (prior notice required).
