Lovely and very spacious 2 bed/2 bath apartment perfect to enjoy a seafront holiday, situated on front line beach in Torreblanca, Fuengirola.
This modern beach front apartment has stunning views looking south west, with winter sun all afternoon. A real home from home!
The apartment is perfect for 4 but can accomodate up to 6 people. Big lounge which looks out past the big private terrace to the Mediterranean sea and Fuengirola beach. Furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, dining table, barstools. New kitchen with all modern appliances and utensils necessary to cook. Two bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. Two complete bathrooms with shower, one ensuite and one shared.
There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
Lift access with two spacious lifts suitable for wheelchairs too. Gated parking included in rental prices, lots of spaces so fairly assured even in summer time. Secure community with full time janitor (portero) and security cameras, plus locked doors to block.
Great location, directly opposite the highly rated beaches of Fuengirola, surrounded by amenities including restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets and more! Also just 5 minutes walk from Torreblanca train station with direct trains to the airport and Malaga center, and the bus route (Benalmadena to Fuengirola route). Absolutely no need for a cars! The apartment is located on the promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around.
Extra fee of 25,00€ in case you bring animals (maximum 10 kg).

Great apartment in good location for walking, beach and eating out. Balcony is good size for 2 or 4 but would struggle with 6. The bed in the main bedroom is excellent.

We have been visiting Promosol apartments for a few years and they are in a great location in Torreblanca. Over the years we have seen great improvements in this area with a good selection of quality eating establishments.

Apartment 270 has 2 bedrooms, 2 quality bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. This accommodation is spacious and has a nice outlook and with the frameless glass curtains it is a perfect winter stay. Check in was simple and easy! |

Amazing and beautifully decorated 3 bed/2 bath beachfront apartment in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, with sun all day and the most breathtaking Mediterranean views. The large windows offer an unbeatable view of the sea and the beaches of Fuengirola.
The apartment is modern, bright, totally renovated and fully furnished. The kitchen and living room have an open plan layout facing the sea. The terrace is built in but you can open the windows up completely and let the nice sea breeze and sun rays in to where the dining table is placed with chairs for 6 persons. In the livingroom you have a sofa for 2 persons, 3 armchairs and a TV. The kitchen has a table for 4 people and all the appliances and utensils you might need.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has a bunk bed perfect for children. From two of the bedrooms and the entrance you have a beautiful mountain view, overlooking Torreblanca, all the way up to Mijas Pueblo.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and new appliances from Bosch. We provide bedlinen, towels, hairdryer and iron.
There is an elevator in the building and the complex has private gated community parking with enough space for everyone.
The apartment is located on the 7 km long promenade of Torreblanca, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around. The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples.
