Very private corner 2 bed apartment in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, with big terrace offering the most fantastic views of the Mediterranean and the coastline of Fuengirola, like being on a cruise ship!
This lovely apartment has a touch of class. With all day sun, right on the corner of the building, south/south west facing and on the seafront. Looking over stunning golden sandy beaches and surrounded by amenities.
The apartment consists of a spacious lounge and dining area with fantastic sea views and access to the large sunny terrace. The terrace can be fully enclosed meaning it is very warm in the winter months and that the apartment is very energy efficient. A perfect place to enjoy the views with your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the evenings. In Summer the terrace windows are removed, letting the fresh air and sea breeze in.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen including full oven and 4 ring hob, dishwasher, american fridge/freezer, microwave and all essentials that you need to cook. Utility equipment with washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 individual bed, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace. One complete bathroom with walk in shower and 1 separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and international TV with many different languages. We provide all bed linen and towels.
Ramp access and two spacious lifts suitable for wheelchairs too. Gated parking included, lots of spaces so fairly assured even in summer time. Secure community with full time janitor (portero) and security cameras, plus locked doors to block.

Would need new mattresses and especially new pillows that would be replaced regularly, some are quite unhealthy and stained.

Thank you for your positive words. We have spoken to the owner and he has taken your advice on board regarding the pillows. He is aslo looking into the possibilty of changing over the mattress however this can be very much personal taste see more

The community has a large communal swimming pool, lift and access ramp directly from the entrance boulevard. The location right on the Los Boliches seafront, Fuengirola, is hard to beat. Here you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year round. There are a multitude of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and mini supermarkets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and is just across the street. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, just a short walk away, with direct access to the airport and the city of Málaga. There is no need to have a car to stay in this beautiful apartment. Please note due to the ongoing drought restrictions we are unable to confirm the opening of the pools beyond september 30th 2024 This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment can accomodate 4 people and is comfortably located in the middle of Fuengirola center. From here you have walking distance to everything including train and bus station, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops and off course the beautiful blue flagged beaches of Fuengirola. The accomodation consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen - fully fitted with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes and a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a double sofa bed in the living room. The terrace has been build in and offers open views of the city and the mountains. There is a communal swimming pool and lift in the building. The apartment is equipped with TV, internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, central heating and air conditioning in the lounge area and a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. The beaches in Fuengirola are highly rated and there are also lots of restaurants and bars in this area, including many traditional beach restaurants - chiringuitos - with fresh fish and sea food. The 7 km long beach promenade offers a fantastic quality of life all year round and, in addition to sun and swimming, is also excellent for walking and cycling. ***please note*** This apartment does not have a local key collection point.
