Recently refurbished, tastefully furnished beach front apartment situated in the popular Riverina building with a side sea view from the terrace.
This amazingbeach apartment offers a comfortable living room with large TV and corner sofa, dining table to seat 4 and access to the south facing terrace from where you can enjoy a nice side view of the sea. The kitchen is super modern and well equipped with everything you need to cook.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers and direct access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children. The newly refurbished bathroom is tastefully decorated and has a large walk in shower.
Fast fiber optic internet and air conditioning throughout. We provide bedlinen, towels, iron and hair dryer. Community swimming pool. There are 6 unassigned parking spaces at the rear of the building. It is not guaranteed that you can park although we provide the remote control. (It is not permitted to access the underground car park, they are private spaces).
This apartment is the ideal location to spend your holidays with excellent transport links and easy access to the beautiful beaches of Fuengirola. The 7 km long beach walk of Fuengirola offers great life quality the whole year. You have lots of cafés, restaurants, shops and other amenities in the nearby area. The train station in Torreblanca is only a 6 minute walk away and from there you can easily take the train to Málaga airport or Málaga city center.
