Beautiful and luminous newly built apartment in the very popular Higueron West 217 area in Fuengirola, with fantastic pool areas and just a few minutes by car from the pleasant Carvajal beaches. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday and it is the perfect place to pamper yourself.
Due to its location on top of a hill, it is recommended, but not essential, to have a car during your stay.
This modern and luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor and features an enormous private garden, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners, sunbathing and family activities. It has an open-plan design kitchen and living room with a large comfortable corner sofa, armchair, TV, dining table, kitchen island and large sliding glass doors that open onto the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two large single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and both with spacious walk-in showers.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bedding and towels.
There are two parking spaces in the garage for guests and a lift in the building.
This is a closed community with two incredible pool areas and gardens, next to the five-star Hilton hotel in Higueron Reserve with a very popular sports club and a Spa. Here you will also find several good restaurants.
Easy access to the motorway with just 15 minutes to the airport. The train station in Carvajal is just a few minutes by car and from here you can take the train to Málaga centre, Fuengirola and the airport every 20 minutes.
**Please note that the Higueron Urbanisation is a large urbanisation that is still under construction in some parts. This apartment is located in a completely finished part of the urbanisation, however, there may be construction works in the access to the location.**

The location is excellent, close to the Higuerón Resort and just a few minutes from the beach, allowing us to make the most of our time there. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! |

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment can accomodate 4 people and is comfortably located in the middle of Fuengirola center. From here you have walking distance to everything including train and bus station, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops and off course the beautiful blue flagged beaches of Fuengirola.
The accomodation consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen - fully fitted with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes and a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a double sofa bed in the living room. The terrace has been build in and offers open views of the city and the mountains.
There is a communal swimming pool ( open 1/6 - 01/9) and lift in the building. The apartment is equipped with TV, internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, central heating and air conditioning in the lounge area and a large ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The beaches in Fuengirola are highly rated and there are also lots of restaurants and bars in this area, including many traditional beach restaurants - chiringuitos - with fresh fish and sea food. The 7 km long beach promenade offers a fantastic quality of life all year round and, in addition to sun and swimming, is also excellent for walking and cycling.

Lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom seafront apartment with swimming pool next to the a beach in Torreblanca, Fuengirola. Great location, surrounded by amenities and situated less than a 5 minutes walk from the train station, so no need for a car.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and consists of a lounge with 2 comfortable sofa beds, TV and glazed south west facing sunny terrace with dining table. A perfect place for all your meals and to enjoy the beautiful sea views any time of the year. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, micro, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all utensils you need. The bedroom has 2 big single beds and a built in wardrobe. Bathroom with full bath/shower combo.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in bedroom and living room, free Wi-Fi and UK Freeview TV. We provide all bed linen and towels.
There is a lift in the building and the community has a communal garden and a very nice swimming pool.

The golden sandy Torreblanca area of Fuengirola beach is very popular and a little quieter than the beaches of central Fuengirola and Los Boliches, ideal for both families and couples.
