Beautiful and bright new build garden apartment in the very popular area Higueron West 217 in Fuengirola, with fantastic pool areas and only a few minutes by car to the nice beaches of Carvajal. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation and it is the perfect place to spoil yourself.
This modern and luxury apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a huge private garden, perfect for BBQ and outdoor dinners, sunbathing and family activities. It has a well-planned open kitchen and living room with a big comfortable corner sofa, armchair, TV, dining table, kitchen island and large sliding glass doors that open out to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and utensils. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two big single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms, one of them ensuite and both with large walk in showers.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through out and free Wi-Fi. We provide all bed linen and towels.
There are two carpark spaces in the garage for the guests and lift in the building.
This is a gated community with two amazing pool areas and gardens, next to five star Hilton hotel in Reserva de Higueron with a very popular sport club and Spa. Here you also have several good restaurants.
Easy access to the highway with only 15 minutes to the airport. The train station in Carvajal is only a few minues away by car and from here you can take the train to Málaga city center, Fuengirola and the airport every 20 minutes.
**Please note the Higueron Estate is a large urbanisation still under construction in parts. This apartment is situated in a fully completed part of the urbanisation however there may be building works in the approach to the location.**

The location is excellent, close to the Higuerón Resort and just a few minutes from the beach, allowing us to make the most of our time there. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! |

If I had to mention one thing to improve, the kitchen equipment was a bit scarce. A few more utensils and essentials would have made the stay even better.

The community has a large communal swimming pool, lift and access ramp directly from the entrance boulevard. The location right on the Los Boliches seafront, Fuengirola, is hard to beat. Here you can enjoy walks and bike rides all year round. There are a multitude of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and mini supermarkets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and is just across the street. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, just a short walk away, with direct access to the airport and the city of Málaga. There is no need to have a car to stay in this beautiful apartment. From here you have walking distance to everything including train and bus station, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops and off course the beautiful blue flagged beaches of Fuengirola. The accomodation consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen - fully fitted with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes and a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a double sofa bed in the living room. The terrace has been build in and offers open views of the city and the mountains. There is a communal swimming pool and lift in the building. The apartment is equipped with TV, internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, central heating and air conditioning in the lounge area and a large ceiling fan in the bedroom. The beaches in Fuengirola are highly rated and there are also lots of restaurants and bars in this area, including many traditional beach restaurants - chiringuitos - with fresh fish and sea food. The 7 km long beach promenade offers a fantastic quality of life all year round and, in addition to sun and swimming, is also excellent for walking and cycling. ***please note*** This apartment does not have a local key collection point.
